(2) To explain the benefits of the sub project to the villagers of the project area, formation of informal WUAs and obtain MOU (3) To prepare ,implement and monitor the Sub-Project annual work plan for formation and institutional strengthening of WUAs and to submit monthly progress reports
(4) To implement and monitor the training plan for the NGO staff in formation and institutional strengthening of WUAs
(5) Any other duties assigned by Sub-Project Director, SPIU-APILIP from time to time

04 Agri-Extension Consultants Post Graduate in Agriculture, Horticulture and allied subjects with 5 years experience
(As regular course)
Eexperience in planning and implementing agriculture extension activities in participatory irrigation management or other participatory natural resource management projects (1) To explain the benefits of the sub project to the villagers of the project area.
(2) To prepare, implement and monitor the sub-project annual work plan for agriculture extension and agriculture development for enhancing crop & water productivity.
(3)To implement and monitor the training plan for the NGO staff in agriculture extension and agriculture development in the sub-project
(4) To assess the status of pre project agricultural production and post project impact of activities on increase in crop & water productivity
(5) Any other duties assigned by Sub-Project Director, SPIU-APILIP from time to time
Graduate in Agriculture, Horticulture and allied subjects with 8 years experience
(As regular course)

తెలియకుండా తప్పు చెయ్యడం సహజం,
తెలిసి కూడా తప్పు చెయ్యడం అసహజం,
చిన్న తప్పే కదా అని తప్పు చేస్తే,
రెండో సారి చేసేటప్పుడు అది ఇంకా చిన్న తప్పుగా కనపడుతుంది.
ఇలా చేసుకుంటూ పొతే నువ్వు చేసే తప్పులన్నీ నీకు ఒప్పులుగా కనపడతాయి.
కాని నీకు తెలియదు తప్పులే నిన్ను పాతాళానికి తొక్కేస్తాయని.
పాతాళానికి వెళ్ళేవరకు తెలియదు అవి తప్పులని.
ఒక తప్పువల్ల పాక్షిక విజయం సాదించ వచ్చుగాక,
కాని విజయం నీ మదిలో నిలిచేది ఎంతకాలం.
దానివల్ల నీ మదిని పాక్షికంగా అందలమెక్కించవచ్చుగాక,
కాని అది భవిష్యత్తు
లో నీవు నిజంగా గెలిచినా,
