Tech in Civil Engineering (As regular course)	20 years working experience in execution of Minor & Medium Irrigation Projects/ check measurement & Supervision of works, design, construction, estimation, quality control and Supervision in irrigation projects	(1) To assist in design, construction management of projects relating to Minor and Medium Irrigation Projects identification, planning and tasks related to clearances from GoAP including land acquisition, environmental clearance, hydrological clearance, administrative and financial clearance and forest clearance if any for minor and also clearances from GOI such as CWC clearance, investment clearance, TAC clearance, environmental clearance Construction of field channels etc. Monitoring of progress of works and disbursement of the work at field and site. (2) Any other duties assigned by State Project Director, APILIP from time to time	< 60 Years

03	Institutional Development Consultants	Post Graduate in Social Sciences (As regular course)	5 years working experience in institutional strengthening, capacity building and monitoring in participatory irrigation management or other participatory natural resource management projects	(1) To coordinate with departmental Engineers, Support Organisations(SOs), Project Management Unit (PMU), Revenue department, WUAs / Tank beneficiaries etc., (2) To explain the benefits of the sub project to the villagers of the project area, formation of informal WUAs and obtain MOU (3) To prepare ,implement and monitor the Sub-Project annual work plan for formation and institutional strengthening of WUAs and to submit monthly progress reports (4) To implement and monitor the training plan for the NGO staff in formation and institutional strengthening of WUAs (5) Any other duties assigned by Sub-Project Director, SPIU-APILIP from time to time	< 40 Years
04	Agri-Extension Consultants	Post Graduate in Agriculture, Horticulture and allied subjects with 5 years experience (As regular course)	Eexperience in planning and implementing agriculture extension activities in participatory irrigation management or other participatory natural resource management projects	(1) To explain the benefits of the sub project to the villagers of the project area. (2) To prepare, implement and monitor the sub-project annual work plan for agriculture extension and agriculture development for enhancing crop & water productivity. (3)To implement and monitor the training plan for the NGO staff in agriculture extension and agriculture development in the sub-project (4) To assess the status of pre project agricultural production and post project impact of activities on increase in crop & water productivity (5) Any other duties assigned by Sub-Project Director, SPIU-APILIP from time to time
		Graduate in Agriculture, Horticulture and allied subjects with 8 years experience (As regular course)
