Job Description

Job Description: The opening is within the SIG work-stream.

Roles & Responsibilities:
# Accurate data entry utilizing the discovery document, vesting schedules, termination schedules and other client provided documentation as a source for system set up. Responsible for plan set up & ongoing maintenance of DCECM plans
# Understand the needs of the plan sponsors through relationship managers/partners to accurately setup the services required

Requisite Skill-sets/Behaviours:

* Should be well versed with computers, especially with IE application, MS Office and should have good keyboard skills.
* Strength in analysis, research, and problem resolution
* Good knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong customer service skills and some experience working with internal business partners.
* Flexibility to quickly adapt to changes in product and processes.
* Outstanding time management and prioritization skills.

Desired Profile

* The relevant experience bracket should be between 6 months - 1.5 years in pure non-voice based experience
* A prior experience of working on financial processes is necessary. It may include insurance processes, market linked processes, reconciliation process, claims, mutual funds, new business operations
* Graduate in B.Sc/B.Com/B.C.A/B.B.M from a recognized university.
* Willing to shifts 5.30 pm 2.30 am
